Between 2021 and 2023, Latysha Hatch held the role of Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area in Washington D.C. This globally renowned campaign boasts over 200 campaigns worldwide and involves federal civilians, postal, and military employees who pledge support to non-profit organizations offering Health and Human services globally.In 2020, Latysha contributed her expertise as a Freelance Designer at Harlen Quest Designs, a local Temple Hills, MD company specializing in motorcycle repair and apparel. Her responsibilities included generating innovative designs for marketing materials and advertisements, particularly focusing on creating appealing T-shirt designs for the female motorcycle rider demographic in collaboration with the company owner.In 2019, Latysha served as a Web Designer for Kappa Lambda Chi (Fort Riley, Kansas Chapter), a Military Fraternity with a strong presence across the United States and internationally. Members actively support veterans in need within their local communities through volunteer service.From 2011 to 2015, Latysha functioned as an Independent Contractor/Graphic Designer at Line Dot Corporate Image, where she spearheaded the creation and execution of more than 300 graphic design projects. Her contributions, including logos, brochures, infographics, and advertisements, significantly bolstered client transactions by an average of 30%. Additionally, Latysha provided daily consulting to clients, tailoring graphic design options to align with their overarching marketing objectives.During two distinct periods, from 2007 to 2013 and from 2018 to 2020, Latysha lent her talents as a Graphic Designer to the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, High Tech Minds Multimedia. This entity, a Business Certification Center fostering entrepreneurship, relied on Latysha to craft and execute digital content and campaigns that effectively marketed and promoted the High Tech Minds brand.A retired Military spouse, Latysha holds an AAS degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Design from Prince George’s Community College. She takes pride in her family, being the devoted wife of Retired Army Veteran Jonathan Hatch Sr. and the loving mother of sons Jonathan Hatch Jr. and Logan James Hatch.
